Return Policy

At Holo, our mission is to create potent, natural skincare products that transform your skin. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for any product that is at least three-quarters full and received within 30 days of the initial purchase date. Please note, all international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To return an item purchased online, please contact our Customer Experience Team. Email us at info@alohaholo.com and include your order number in the message. Our Customer Experience Team will provide you with a complimentary return label for returns that meet our policy requirements. Please ensure you contact our team before sending a return. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit or those not communicated to our Customer Experience Team.

We monitor return and refund activity and reserve the right to limit or refuse returns, or charge a return processing fee if our policies are found to be abused.
